• Minimum age for drivers is 21
• The driver must be a license holder for minimum of 2 years
• Minimum rental charge is 1 day (24 hours)
• Delays in returning vehicles are charged according to a seperate price list
• Fuel and refuelling service are not included in the price

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Cash paymants require a deposit
• Accepted credit cards: DINERS, AMEX, MASTERCARD, VISA

VEHICLE INSURANCE

• All vehicles are insured against damage caused to the third party
• Daily charge for total insurance or CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection) are compulsory

Any damage has to report to the POLICE AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY, otherwise insurance, even if paid, is not valid and the renter shall be charged for the full damage amount.
By accepting the daily PAI charge, the driver and all passengers are insured up to the amounts that are determined by Croatian law.

• CDW does not cover damage caused to the chassis and tyre
